• Information from service providers — for example, our payment processor confirms the result of a transaction. We never receive or store your full card number.

• To prepare quotes, process orders and payments, and produce and ship your packaging.
• To provide proofs, order updates, receipts, and customer support.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site and our services.

• Meilisearch — on-site search.
• Sentry — error monitoring to keep the site reliable.
• Our hosting provider, which runs our application and database on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a business transfer.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above — for example, to service your order, maintain your account, meet tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes — then delete or anonymize it.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and encrypted, off-site database backups. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
