1. Who we are

“CustomBoxArena,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CustomBoxArena. “You” means the person or business using the site or placing an order. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us.

2. Quotes and orders

Most products begin as a quote request. A quote is an estimate based on the specification you provide and is valid for the period stated on it (typically 30 days) unless withdrawn earlier. An order is formed only when you accept a quote or complete checkout and we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order before production for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or specifications we cannot produce.

You are responsible for the accuracy of every specification — dimensions, materials, finishes, print method, quantities, and ship-to details. We produce to the approved specification; changes after approval may incur additional cost and lead time.

3. Pricing, payment, and taxes

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change until an order is confirmed. Online payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. Where required, applicable taxes are added at checkout or on your invoice. Setup fees, tooling, and expedited or specialized shipping may apply and will be shown before you commit.

4. Custom artwork and proofs

You are responsible for the artwork and content you supply, and you confirm you have the rights to use it. You grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely to produce your order. For custom work we provide a digital proof; production begins only after you approve the proof. Once approved, you are responsible for what the proof shows — please review spelling, color, dimensions, and placement carefully. Printed color may vary slightly from on-screen previews.

5. Production tolerances and lead times

Custom manufacturing involves normal variances. Quantities may vary by a small industry-standard tolerance (commonly up to ±5–10%), and you will be billed for the quantity delivered. Color, dimensions, and material may vary within standard tolerances. Lead times are estimates measured from proof approval and cleared payment; they are not guarantees and may be affected by supply, carrier, or events beyond our control.

6. Shipping and delivery

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays. Please inspect deliveries promptly and report damage or shortages within a reasonable time so we can help with a claim.

7. Cancellations, changes, and returns

Because custom packaging is made to your specification, orders generally cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned once production has begun, except where the product is defective or does not match the approved proof. Stock items may be eligible for return per our returns policy. If we got it wrong, we will make it right — reprint, replace, or refund at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

The site, its design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. You retain ownership of your own artwork and brand assets; we claim no ownership of them beyond the license needed to produce your order and, unless you opt out, to show finished work in our portfolio without confidential details.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, submit unlawful or infringing content, attempt to disrupt the service, or place orders for prohibited goods. We may suspend access for violations.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

We stand behind our workmanship. Except as expressly stated, the site and products are provided “as is” without other warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from artwork or content you supply, including intellectual-property or rights-of-publicity claims.

13. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
